When the product was suggested to me by a groomer, I was told to follow the instructions but being an overprotective “Mom”, I had to call the company and ask more questions. He actually restored my faith that there are passionate people who truly care; so refreshing in this world.

Incredible customer service! Great product!Came across a shipping discrepancy and when it was brought to their attention, they corrected the issue (which wasn't their fault) within minutes. I bought the medium dog CBD oil, my dog Oso is 65lbs. Has no effect on my dog with separation anxiety. I'm happy/jealous it works for others lol. Customer service is exceptional and they really care about their customers.
